My Car Health is a personal car maintenance app designed to help users record and manage information about their own vehicle repairs, part replacements, service history, mileage, costs, categories, and notes. This Privacy Policy applies to the Android version, iOS version, web app, and any store version of My Car Health.
My Car Health does not collect, copy, sell, transmit, or share personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location data, photos, messages, account information, advertising identifiers, or any other personal data from users.
Any car information, service records, repair notes, part names, mileage, dates, costs, categories, or other maintenance details entered by the user are stored locally on the user's own device using local app/browser storage. We do not have access to this information.
The app does not use an external server-side database to store vehicle information, maintenance records, repair history, or user-created content. User data remains on the device unless the user manually exports, shares, imports, deletes it, or clears the app data.
My Car Health does not require special device permissions for normal use. The app is mainly used to type, save, view, edit, and delete vehicle maintenance information on the user's own device.
If a future feature allows the user to attach an image, document, or file, Android, iOS, or the browser may ask the user to choose a file. This action is controlled by the user. Selected files, if supported, are stored locally and are not uploaded to our servers.
If the app offers paid features in the future, purchases may be processed by Google Play Billing on Android or Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. Payment information is handled by Google or Apple. My Car Health does not receive or store credit card numbers, bank details, Apple ID details, Google account details, or other payment information. The app may only receive purchase status information needed to unlock paid features.
My Car Health does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics tools to collect user data. The app does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
User data is kept locally on the device for as long as the app data remains available. We do not keep backup copies on our servers.
Users have full control over their data. Data can be deleted by:
The app may include export, import, or share functions. These actions are started manually by the user. We are not responsible for data that the user chooses to export or share outside the app.
My Car Health does not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Since the app stores maintenance information locally and does not collect personal data, no child-related personal information is stored by us.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app features change. The latest version will be available on the app website, hosting page, or inside the app.
